BNP Paribas' professional assessment simulator won the "Intra verse Game Award"

The Professional Appraisal game was created in 2004/2005. This first simulator has just won the “2009 International Intra Verse Serious Game Awards”.
The game helps managers across the Group businesses carry out efficient professional assessments. Offering a realistic 3D environment and a wide range of interactions, it allows players to develop and refine their behavioural aptitudes and people skills.
The internal success of this serious game inspired BNP Paribas to create a generic version to offer to other companies. The sales, using an original business model, bring in royalties that BNP Paribas can then reinvest in other novel training initiatives.
